This 25-hour training course is designed to introduce the participants to different project management scheduling and monitoring tools, project cost forecasting, automatic resource leveling and accomplishments reports. The course includes both manual and computerized application of project management. Special feature of the course is the plotting of project schedules. Participants are encouraged to bring their own project.
